For the release calendar - see the the ECB Statistical calendar.
Please note: the dissemination of the CBD data with reference date end-March 2025 will take place later than usual (tentatively on 21 August 2025), due to changes in the transmission calendar for the underlying supervisory data.
Background information: The introduction of the EBA 4.0 reporting framework, which implements changes driven by the EU Banking Package (Capital Requirements Regulation - CRR3 and Capital Requirements Directive - CRDVI), will affect the CBD reporting calendar. According to the transitional arrangements for the introduction of the reporting framework 4.0, the remittance date for the supervisory data (which is the main input for the compilation of CBD) with reference date 2025Q1 will be extended from 12 May to the end of June 2025 (i.e. postponed by 6 weeks). Accordingly, the tentative dissemination date for the CBD data with reference date 2025Q1 has been shifted to 21 August 2025.
Not all the CBD items are made publically available. Some series are only disseminated in a restricted database within the internal SDW and to which access is granted on a case by case basis according to business needs.
Some more detailed background information on the Consolidated Banking Data released by the ECB may be found on the CBD Website .
