The PCP dataset currently contains information on:
- Statistics on card-based payment transactions with card-based payment instruments issued by resident PSPs
- Statistics on card-based payment transactions acquired by resident PSPs
- Statistics on cash withdrawals using card-based payment instruments
National data are collected and compiled by EU NCBs

Data are published 7 months after the reference period for semi-annual data. Quarterly data is published together with the semi-annual data (data for two quarters published at a time).
